At that time, Hillsborough became the venue for the FA Cup semi-final between the parties cons Liverpool Nottingham Forest. After the incident, The Sun claimed the incident was a result of the actions of the Reds fans.

That's what's so far resisted all citizens of the city of Liverpool, and led to the boycott of the media in the Merseyside region. Now, after 23 years, the truth was finally revealed.

British Prime Minister, David Cameron, said the tragedy was a form of police negligence and not a result of the behavior of Liverpool fans. He also admitted that the stadium is used, its capacity is inadequate to accommodate the audience at the time.

"The right time for me, today, as the prime minister to propose a profound apology to the families of the 96 victims who have suffered grief for more than 23 years," said Cameron.
